Use Tailscale MagicDNS certificates #95

EE Control Center should detect that the machine has Tailscale installed. If so, certificates can be generated using tailscale cert.

On macOS, these certificates are found here:
$HOME/Library/Containers/io.tailscale.ipn.macos/Data/<domain>.crt/key

Might be worth it to use Caddy reverse proxy, since it picks up these tailscale certs automatically
