This was necessary due to huggingface repositories 'stabilityai/stable-cascade-prior' and 'stabilityai/stable-cascade' not having updated `config.json` files for Stage C and Stage B. They still have `c_in`, instead of `in_channels`.

in_channelsback toc_inin Diffusers fork, since huggingface repo's Stage C + Bconfig.jsonfiles are not updated accordingly yet.
