It's really annoying that tabby can only disconnect current connection by close tab.

Add option to disconnect current connection and keep the tab open when using telnet, serial or ssh.

Update for this post...

I think this would be really useful in my case, since I'd like to close the serial connection to run a custom command line tool on the current serial port and then reopen the port, without having to close the tab.
