Describe the solution you'd like

It's a great idea to have an app with both SSH terminal and SFTP client. The terminal part is very nice while the SFTP part is considered a little weak that misses a lot of key feature.

Please consider enhance the SFTP client.

Some useful features missing included but not limited to:

  • essential, imo
    • rename file and dir
    • download and upload a dir
    • download multiple files and dirs
    • modify permissions
    • navigate with path in text
  • would be great if implemented
    • search
    • commander style interface (two columns, Remote and Local)
  • sth extra to be consider
    • drag and drop

Describe alternatives you've considered

No idea yet.

Additional context

Again, greatly appreciated for making this nice app!

I very much agree with you, now this sftp function is almost unusable, the function is too little, only can browse files to download individual files, rush more authors it, or any good plug-ins recommended? Can these functions be achieved through plugins?

For the multiple file/dir problem, I'm curious about the estimated $$$ that it would take to complete the issue?
