Also replaces text coloring with a small mark for indicating via-fix to avoid confusion with tag item colors.

Creates a new thread that continously polls current ASEL-callsign using
CPlugin::RadarTargetSelectASEL()and triggers a re-render whenever it changes. This reduces the time it takes for the selected aircraft to be highlighted on the timeline after it's selected.The problem is that I'm not sure if it's safe to access the SDK from a second thread 馃
