Text cropping and scaling issue

The adverse effects scaling of 4k displays can have on Windows is far worse than pointed out in issue #42. I have been experimenting and testing to better know the scope of these effects before entering into the issue tracker. This will dictate where it falls in any timeline, but I do hope the issues can be resolved prior to v1.9. Much sooner. For this reason it will not be milestoned at v1.9 at this time.

The above High DPI scaling issue can be corrected on Windows 10 by: 1) Right-clicking the EverGreenCoin Qt executable. 2) Select 'Properties'. 3) Select the 'Compatibility' tab. 4) Click the 'Change high DPI settings' button. 5) Check (tick) the 'Override high DPI scaling behavior.' option. 6) Select 'System' for the 'Scaling performed by:' drop-down menu. 7) Click 'Ok' and then 'Ok' again. 8) Restart EverGreenCoin.

Even Bitcoin is afflicted by this scaling. Though, mostly because of Bitcoin's "less-busy" GUI, afflicted to a lesser degree. A compromise is being worked towards.
