Set-SecurityPolicy 'AuditPolicyChange' -Value 3

Why would it work? There's no setting for AuditPolicyChange?

There's only setting for reading those values:

But I've not added a way to set it. It shouldn't be hard, but I've not added it.

Yes it would be great if the 'Event Audits' could be set as well.
