dim silhouettes #37

dims all silhouettes by a factor of 0.8f. Meant to make it easier for certain sections with the feather (i.e. the overworld feather spikes strawb)

I agree the silhouettes are kind of hard to distinguish when using the feather and that could change ... But I don't think we should do it at this location as it may lead to confusion when trying to set the silhouette value. Instead, if we want to do this, it should be done by changing the source input value for the feather state specifically. Maybe Silhouettes should have like a dither pattern or something, I'm not sure.
