To configure the mod, in your startup script you can include some args
-Dglbl.chatter.is_hosting=false Add this to your script if you want a particular server to be a host for chat
-Dglbl.chatter.ip= defaults to 127.0.0.1
-Dglbl.chatter.port= defaults to 8192
