Since now EXILED-DLL-Archiver doesn't copy
Exiled.API.dllandSemanticVersioning.dllto the Exiled dependencies folder as they are already loaded in northwood dependencies, so the file check forExiled.APIis no more needed as it's required to loadExiled.Loader
