This changes the release process to no longer push a
CHANGELOG.mdorpackage.jsonversion updates to master by dropping@semantic-release/gitand therefore removes the need for the bot to be able to bypass the branch protection rules. This is the release process that we came up with for schemasafe (but never merged).Also updates the changelog preset. Previously this wouldn't have lead to major version bumps when using the
!after the commit title.
