  • Create a box that can be used to locate a given domain member on expensify.com using the personal details list
    image__12_

  • when a member is selected via the box and the user presses go, create a 1:1 chat report between the user and the target member, if that chat report doesn't already exist

    • to create the chat report we need to use CreateChatReport command in auth, which needs to be updated

This issue should likely be addressed, as it's super easy to do:
