Issue was found when executing the PR #9060

Action Performed:

1. Launch the app
2. Log in with any account
3. Select any chat and send message
4. Tap/hold on message
5. Tap Edit message
6. Try to tapped/dragged somewhere else and activate the composed box below

Expected Result:

Compose box should be visible when editing box is active, tapped/dragged somewhere else

Actual Result:

Compose box is not appearing after tapped/dragged somewhere else.

@kavimuru can you be sure to report these bugs in the #expensify-open-source room in Slack first before going to GitHub? There should always be relevant Slack discussion for each bug so that the wider group has a chance to discuss whether or not we think something is indeed a bug or not.
