Login page caught in a redirect loop when EE Pro's Multi-Factor Auth is turned off but profile MFA is active #2116
Description
Steps to reproduce:
Enable MFA in EE Pro Addon
Enable MFA on a member profile that has access to the CP
Disable MFA in EE Pro Addon
Sign out the member that has MFA enabled
Try to log in
Attached below is a screenshot of the network tab in developer tools showing a large number of redirects occurring while trying to login with global MFA disabled
