Definition of a benchmarking scheme for flow past a cylinder.
A number of examples is constructed to be run, and postprocessing is done in a Jupyter notebook.
Additionally notebooks detailing the individual development of each benchmark is present.

Depends On: ExtremeFLOW/neko#1177

First stage, probe the field around the cylindrical hole.
- Notebooks are now used to debug and develop functions.
- Only generic functions such as the probe reader are moved out.
- This allow us to construct all the statistics while retaining a clean notebook which only executes the benchmarking.
