Bugfixes since previous release:

• Chunk pre-generation should now only finish when chunks are actually generated, resulting in fully pre-generated worlds

• Spectators should be able to re-join games if they were registered before the game started
• Bingo card should now always update properly when opposing teams collect items in lockout mode

• Game type "lockout": after a number of teams collect a certain item it will be locked and can't be collected by the remaining teams anymore
• Team collection indicators: a setting that toggles whether indicators show on the bingo card for each team that collects an item

• Filling buckets with water/lava/milk or fish will now mark the item as collected
• Filling a bowl with mushroom stew from a mooshroom will now mark the item as collected
• Filling a glass bottle with honey from a full beehive/bee nest will now mark the item as collected
• Filling a glass bottle with dragon's breath will now mark the item as collected
• The bingo card will now be redrawn instead of recreated if the contents on it change (this will prevent the bobbing of the item in player's inventories)
• Items now need to be fully crafted to be marked as completed, whereas previously it was possible to collect the item without finishing the crafting recipe
