Add favicon

From the server log:

2017-05-31 12:46:29.741  WARN 1 --- [p1391249801-465] o.s.web.servlet.PageNotFound             : No mapping found for HTTP request with URI [/favicon.ico] in DispatcherServlet with name 'dispatcherServlet'

A favicon.ico should be added, and maybe some code is needed. Google to figure out how. We can use the website's favicon.ico
