Remove now useless code previosly used for t3 rocket arty. This one broke aeon TMDs
Apofenas made this commit im just splitting it out :>
- Fixes a warning caused by black hole reclaim having missing category - Reduces t2 hover tank range - Buffs Deadline game ender satellites - reduces their energy cost - Update mass storage to match faf - can be built underwater - Remove some rocket artillery code that causes aeon tmd errors Thanks to Apofenas :>
