Proposed feature

There is a request to have the BIDS ignore feature activated in C-PAC so that we can select out the desired anatomical when there are multiple.

Additional context

It looks like bidsignore isn't fully standardized yet, and that its documented usage is for excluding non-BIDS files and directories from validation, not for excluding BIDS data from analysis.
