Would adding watcom v2 to travis build be welcome? #18

Seeing how @frehwagen recently added watcom v2 build support to pcgeos, would something similar be suitable for FreeDOS kernel?

Travis: Build and test with both GCC and Watcom
5b85f5f 
Watcom compiler is downloaded and extracted if necessary. On Travis this
will be always, but if you build locally multiple times using
./travis_build, it will use the previous watcom installation.
