Lots of entries from the Prostate Cancer review (Benafif et al. 2018) have missing alleles and p-values, e.g. https://github.com/FINNGEN/betamatch-ext-data/blob/master/data/C3_PROSTATE_EXALLC.csv#L4.

Update allele information and p-value manually using "reference" column in table 1 here: https://cebp.aacrjournals.org/content/27/8/845.figures-only.
