Hey @booleanbalaji . The reason we did not add something like this or Zopim is that we cannot reply back to them immediately. Having such a service usually makes people want immediate reply which unfortunately cannot do at this time. Is my understanding of the PR correct or am I missing something?

True. They have a mobile app though. And it enables discussions among the people visiting the website
