To start with windows logon, will be added an entry on your windows Task Scheduler, as on windows the app for your screen need to be run as admin.
This program will help you to run the python app with an friendly interface. After follow the instructions on System monitor: how to start from official repository, this app will help with from step 3. You still need to do the steps 1 and 2.
Just put the exe from releases on the same folder as you decrompressed the turing-smart-screen-python files. Should be on the same folder as main.py.
Start the exe and wait, if is all installed and prerequisites done, the app will hide and your screen will be showing the info as you want.
On first run, you need to run the Run Pre Reqs button, and then configure the app, like the type of your screen, theme and libs to use for hardware monithoring.
Click on Stop to don't allow the app to auto hide. If hide, you can find the app icon on task icons together the windows clock.
