Meh, wrong commit message. Added onsubmit for join element, to set 'disabled' false if the current selected value is disabled. Kind of a corner case, where you can use the 'eval options' in the join element to set $opts->disable, which may wind up disabling the current selection when editing a form. So on the form it's show as the current selection (even though disabled), but if we don't unset disabled, the value won't submit with the form, and the element will lose it's value.
