Model Comparison Paper

This repository contains inputs and outputs from the model comparison paper: A comparison of four primary age-structured stock assessment models used in the United States. The code and examples of how to use the age-structured operating model and how to compare results from the estimation models (EM; e.g. AMAK, ASAP, BAM, and SS) can be found in this repository.
