This straightforward layout might appear simple, but it contains some intriguing nuances that will put your CSS skills to the test. Moreover, you'll have the chance to refine your basic form validation capabilities. The task involves constructing a "News Homepage" webpage and faithfully replicating the provided design. Feel free to employ any tools you're comfortable with to tackle this challenge. If there's a particular skill you're aiming to enhance, don't hesitate to give it a shot.

Users should be able to accomplish the following:

1. Witness the most suitable layout based on their device screen's dimensions.

While the design isn't pixel-perfect, you don't need access to the Figma sketch to proceed. I've opted to implement the layout using CSS Flexbox rather than CSS Grid.
