Minor fixes to Berilia Refresh #12359

Fixes a few issues on the Berilia Refresh found on Unstable v1.1.4, following up on #12312.

Changes:

  • Swapped top right Large Hardpoint with a Double Coilgun. As it is a tier 3 submarine, being so vulnerable from the most common attack angle on such a large ship necessitates an immediate purchase.
  • Swapped the bottom left Coilgun for a Hardpoint, due to the above.
  • Slightly widened angles of the top two guns, due to how many blindspots this ship has, the guns it does have need to be as versatile as it can get.
  • Added secret switch in the Cargo Bay next to the junction box which controls the clown closet door.
  • Adjusted the Supercapacitor wire outputs, previously both fed to each gun except for the top right gun. The top EDC had double wiring instead. Changed to all guns being fed by both supercapacitors, and one EDC per capacitor.

Fixes:

  • Fixed top left Coilgun's wiring. Was inexplicably unwired on the Periscope.
  • Fixed Cabinet in medical having armcab tag, it now has medfabcab tag instead.
  • Fixed Rum bottle falling to the ground in crew quarters. There is now an invisible platform there. Rum bottle is interactable
    now, too.
  • Fixed both airlocks using a new design provided in Simple no-rubberband airlock using the new Activate Out signal #12358. Should makes bots a bit better at navigating out of the airlocks.
  • Fixed and replaced the old Inside Wall Caps throughout the sub. They now better fit the walls.
  • Fixed NBL, from 0.6200 to 0.6175.
