## VERSION 2.0 is coming!
All of the development effor is currently put into the "devel" branch. The new version is rather stable and can be used productively, but only the technical documentation is [available](https://fannon.gitbooks.io/mobo2-documentation/content/). The new release is a very big change, making mobo a real framework that is extensible though modules. The model can now also be split into several apps. The mobo-Schema has a majour overhaul, with almost all attributes renamed for consistency.
It should be possible to convert a mobo1 model to mobo2, but it will require some effort. Look for guidance in the CHANGELOG.md file in the devel branch.
mobo2 will be officially released once the documentation is fully available. (maybe Q2 2016?)
