  • poset: implement gas power mechanism, based on median time
  • emitter: several mechanisms to prevent spending all the available gas power
  • config: configs for gas power rules (the main is "total gas power allocation per hour") and emitter gas control thresholds
  • poset: don't include events from cheaters in blocks
  • poset: don't include events lower than 50 events than highest confirmed event from this validator (prevent potentially infinite blocks)
