Stop Google Search Console Reporting Date Errors For Posts Without A Full Date

If you have posts that does not have a date or only part of a date Google may report errors in your sitemap.xml the quick fix for this is to add the following line to the frontmatter of the related post last_modified_at: [full-date]. This should fix the sitmap.xml error reported by Google Search Console.
