Initial Release For Hardware

This pulls in version 0.0.2 changes from PR #55 and creates a release for initial testing with hardware. It slightly deviates from semantic versioning and therefore when we actually verify that data is sent in the manner intended from serial to RF using this program connected to a Faraday radio running proper faradayio-firmwarethen it should be incremented to version 0.1.0 when any necessary changes are implemented.
