BUG: Variables Table Crash in MacOs Catalina

• Describe the bug
  Every time I close variables table Seamly2D closes with a crash report. It also happens when I use ESC key.

• How To Reproduce the bug
  Open Seamly2D -> Open a pattern -> Open Variables Table -> Close it with ESC key or Close it with red X icon ate the top left

• What should have happened
  Variables table should close without shutting down Seamly2D

• Screenshots

• What's your Desktop OS? Windows 10
  MacOS Catalina 10.15.7
  Seamly Weekly Release 20201026

• What's your Seamly version from Help/About? Seamly v0.6.0.1 built on Wed Sep 29 2020

Apparently there was a bug created with Qt5.11 with the MacOS and the way this dialog is closed. I will need to work out a different solution to the ESC / Close issue.
