Joda Date serializers should support @JsonFormat.shape for choosing timestamp/string #32

As with serializers for default JDK Date/Time types, Joda ones should support basic configurability (numeric vs String, timezone, format) via @JsonFormat.

Note: there will be further work to support format strings.
