Since the container example is outsourced to MLCube this year, I deleted most of the old stuff. However, as long as the corresponding PR (link) has not been merged, I leave this PR as a draft.
At a later point, we will add instructions how to run the evaluation pipeline used in the actual federated evaluation locally.
