Enable Fedora Budgie and Sway spins to be selected at download dropdown for F38 #597

I seems this bring new issues, when choosing budgie at this menu, it downloads sway instead, and when one choose sway, it doesn't have arch or release options to choose and doesn't download anything (screenshots, logs and screencast at the fedora ticket ) |

Starting at F38 there's now two new spins, fedora budgie and fedora sway, but when using mediawriter to automaticaly download a chosen spin, both are not present at the dropdown menu.
