Notify the user after accepted by the Organization

Steps to create:
1.User profile:profile 1 has a organization ABC.
2.User profile:profile 2 gives request to join in ABC.
3.Profile1 accepts the request from profile2(Here profile1 didn't get Notification as someone gave request to join in the organization)
4.profile2 didn't get Notification as their application to join in the organization was accepted.
Expected Result:
Profile 1 should get Notification as someone applied to join in the organization.
Profile 2 should get Notification after their application gets accepted.
