Support for LibreTranslate

Would be AWESOME to have support for LibreTranslate (as the discussion in this issue).

We could have a little tab to specify the LibreTranslate API address (and optional API key) and use it.

What do you think?

This extension works really well, and it would be nice to optionally use a more privacy respecting backend.
