This version of ReShade is specific to fix Mafia III fullscreen refresh rate. When going (or starting) fullscreen, the game is forcing a refresh rate of 60 (unless 60hz isn't supported by your monitor), despite it being perfectly capable of running at higher frame rates and refresh rates when windowed.
With this mod, it uses the current monitor default setting, you can even change it after the game has started and it refreshes correctly.
V-Sync and resolution changing still work correctly, so do widescreen monitors.
This is based on the master branch of ReShade, so it's newer than 4.6.1, but that shouldn't matter as far as Mafia III is concerned.
DO NOT auto update ReShade as it will revert to the default build.
I've only uploaded dxgi.dll as that's all you need. Put it in the game directory and replace it if you already had ReShade.
If you actually want to use ReShade for other effects, install the official latest version and then replace dxgi.dll, it didn't make sense for me to publish a custom ReShade generic installer for a single specific game.
Works with Mafia III, Mafia III: Definitive Edition and Mafia: Definitive Edition.
