The healthcheck standards specify that each individual check requires an id. This adds an id to the default checks.

I'm open to suggestions for refactoring the IDs, there wasn't a huge amount of method in coming up with them

Coverage Status

Coverage remained the same at 90.265% when pulling 17fbe19 on add-healthcheck-ids into e768431 on master.

unique for the given check System Code, or overall System Code

i think they're fine as is
