chore: add script initializing simd

Description

• Added a script initializing simd node

// initializing node configuration
$ sh init_node [chain_id]

// and then, you can start simd node
$ simd start

• Use goleveldb for build_tags by default

// now you can build lbm-sdk without any BUILD_TAGS
$ make build
