feat(firegraphql): add firegraphql extension

Please note this PR is WIP and still requires the following:

• extension name
• add documentation (in progress in internal document)
• testing requires imported emulator data, ensure this works with the wider repo (_emulator/import)
• the extension currently relies on a local package (since firegraphql lib is not yet published)
