Didactic examples that accompany the 2018 ISMRM educational lecture "How to Jump-Start Your Deep Learning Research"

This software repository contains the didactic examples that accompany the ISMRM educational lecture "How to Jump-Start Your Deep Learning Research" from the educational course "Deep Learning: Everything You Want to Know" on Saturday, June 16th 2018 Joint Annual meeting of ISMRM and ESMRMB, Paris, France, June 16th to 21st.

It includes three different examples: Linear regression, classification of DTI data from the human connectome project (https://www.humanconnectome.org/) and classification of compressed sensing 4 times accelerated vs fully sampled reference reconstructions.

These examples are for educational purposes, they are not intended to be the most accurate, most efficient or most elegant implementations. Example data is included to make the examples self contained. The zipfile includes the folder sub-structure so that is consistent with the code, if you use a different folder structure then you will have to adjust the paths in the individual source code files.

The examples were created with with PyTorch 0.4, Tensorflow 1.2.1, Keras 2.0.6, Matlab 2018a, Python 3.6 and CUDA 8.0.
