Recent reports arises mentioning cases where donators used (knowingly or unknowingly) a different discord account to login to the donation website of the community, than the account they use in their regular discord client(s).

As a result, redeeming a discord role perk may fail, when the discord user is not member of the discord server of the community.

To remediate this issue, the donation tool should somehow make sure the user is aware of the fact that they may have logged in with the wrong discord account before they make a donation.
