POPtool

Usage:

• Copy POP2's sequence.dat to same directory as POPtool.exe
• Run this command in command prompt to extract sequence.dat: POPtool.exe -pop2 -x sequence.dat
• Open sequence\sequence.txt in a text editor and do whatever changes you want
• Run this command in command prompt to repack sequence.dat: POPtool.exe -pop2 -r sequence.dat
• Copy sequence.dat back to game directory (keep a backup of the original!) and run the game
