Describe the bug
when use outlet on route with ModuleRoute the binds not injected on navigate

To Reproduce
https://github.com/GUIKAR741/modular_outlet_error

Expected behavior
On modular v5 this problem does not occurrs, the navigate between modules inject all needed dependencies.

Temporary solution
Injecting depency on parent module the child modules can get and use
