Upon review of McCormick and Nichols (1993) - FBrf0065487, it appears that there are two of these (DMS-expressing) cells per hemisphere, in the PI (see fig 4). These must correspond to the two 'larval DMS cell of pars intercerebralis' - i.e. these terms refer to the same thing and should be merged.

I would prefer to keep 'larval DMS cell of pars intercerebralis' as I think this name is more informative, 'SP3 neuron' will be added as a synonym.
