Release 0.0.0 - First testing release

Set up all devices in the Bond Home app.
Get bridge IP address and local token from the app.
Create bridge device with IP address and token.
Create devices for shades/fans/etc.

Use the "Bond Home -> Send Device Command" action to send commands to the devices.
