version change to 264.05

- being able to get all seperate files from a rompack in 1 go
- being able to get all files from a rompack in 1 zip file
- with above options : skip existing files (no sanity check !)
- possible fix not showing databases when switching betwwen them
- coleco : install sgm module by default (database 0265 or higher)
