Add files via upload

- add source code patches for :
    - booting in full-screen
    - adding a hotkey " Alt + Esc" to exit (with leaving full-screen first so the resolution is still good after quitting)
- remove "Alt + Return" key pressing  simulation as it is not needed anymore
- remove disc autoboot key pressing  simulation as b-em has this option by adding it to the commandline
- change the help to the new situation
