Add 1 line for "CLASSICH install + LR-GW install"

Install line description :
Classic Handheld Systems (+ lr-gw from source)

What this line does :
install classich the normal way
install regular lr-gw from source
delete possible old lr-gw line in /opt/retropie/configs/classich/emulators.cfg
delete empty line(s) in /opt/retropie/configs/classich/emulators.cfg
paste new lr-gw line from /opt/retropie/configs/gameandwatch/emulators.cfg in /opt/retropie/configs/classich/emulators.cfg

With the regular classich install the .mgw extension is already added
